Today Tempo is excited to launch a major update to our order dashboard experience. Now, when you log into your account, you will see a summary of all your orders. This update allows for increased visibility and organized management of previous orders via order stage segmentation, order search, and project archiving.
To view the detailed information for an order, click the row. This will take you to the page where the order tracker, design specifications, etc is. Below you can see an example of what the details page looks like for the Atlas v3 r5 project.
Order Dashboard Feature Highlights
In the dashboard your orders are filtered by their status. In addition, there is the Archived filter where orders can be put when they are no longer needed. The filters are:
- All — All orders that are not archived
- Incomplete — All orders with an unfinished Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Quoting — All orders with in-process or released quotes
- Ordered — All placed orders
- Archived — All orders that are archived
To archive an order, click on the menu on the right side of the row and then select Archive from the options. The order will move to the Archived filter and will no longer be visible in the other filters. If you ever want to unarchive an order again, find it in the Archived filter and select Unarchive in the same menu.
Orders can be searched in the box on the upper right-hand corner. You can search by, project name, order number, and PO number. The results will update as you type and filter out all orders that do not match the search terms. For example, the result of a search for "atlas" is shown below:
